by Conor on November 1st, 2009
I was delighted to see my friend Natalia Kostrzewa make her accomplished debut on The Clinic on RTE this evening. Natalia has been a great help with Connector and I am delighted my prediction for her is coming to pass ! Wishing her all the best with The Clinic and all her great work ! The photo is of Natalia & myself having a wee chat at the Connector Halloween bash.

Connecting with Martin Moylan's latest video
by Jamie Richardson on August 18th, 2009
I’m starting to wonder if there’s anything that Martin Moylan can’t do! Check out the Canon Digital Video Contest‘s Gold Award winner and his new endeavors!
Martin’s latest video, a tribute to The Dark Knight, is very impressive indeed! Not only did Martin direct this video, but played both roles using his Canon XH A1 . It’s truly a very stunning piece with great special effects as well! Work well done!
Have a look!

Connector meets The Apprentice Team
by Andrew Sigle on July 6th, 2009

Last week the connector team was in a meeting at The Church in the upstairs part of the balcony. It was brought to our attention that the entire cast of Ireland’s The Apprentice had taken a break from shooting to enjoy lunch on the balcony of the restaurant.
At first I had no idea who this party was until Eugenia from Shinawil approached Conor at our table. She was a producer for the company that also produced the show Dragon’s Den. She actually recognized Conor from his appearance on the show. It was pretty cool that I ate lunch with the whole cast of The Apprentice right here at The Church.
I am a fan of the American apprentice show with Donald Trump; however I have still yet to see the Irish version. I hope to look into it now that I have witnessed all of the contestants eating lunch in person.

Connector's Dragons' Den Pre-Match Nerves
by connector on March 30th, 2009
Last October, I could not resist the temptation to apply for Dragons’ Den and pitch them ‘Connector’. It is a great TV show in the UK and I definitely wanted to be a part of the first series in Ireland. As I said at the time, I went into the Den with some ‘fantasy figures’ but who doesn’t ?
I brought along some Connector friends to share the experience and create a cool new story about ‘connections’ for my blog. So thanks again to my Connector buddies namely, Niall Whittle, Brendan Phelan, Conor Maloney, Natalia Kostrzewa & Tania Zorilla. A BIG thanks to Conor Maloney for filming and editing this fine piece of Irish storytelling !!
I announced I would be in the show on Connector last week and I hope lots of people tune in to see us on RTE1 on 2nd April @ 10.10pm … but in the meantime, please check out our trip to the Dragons’ Den on the morning of the 6th January … can you feel the drama ??!!

Connect with Michael Hayes
by connector on February 2nd, 2009
I met the cool actor & presenter Michael Hayes from RTE’s ‘How Low Can You Go’ last week in Cocoon with his lovely girlfriend Ailsta. He pestered me for a photo so here it is Michael
He even tried to make out that he did not gatecrash the January Connector, even though he was spotted by the Connector Security Team climing in coming via the roof of the Sycamore Club (allegedly) ! I’d say his lovely girlfriend gets him out of a lot of trouble. Luckily Baz is scared of heights & we were spared complete havoc !
