Another busy week for Connector in anticipation of the Dragon’s Den appearance on the 2nd April plus another Connector meetup.
Thanks to all who turned up for Connector No.8 … you know who you are ! We had about 120 people at the event and it is always great to see new faces and even greater to see that other guests keep coming back ! One of the main attractions was to hear DAFT co-founder & CEO Eamonn Fallon speak about his career to date. Eamonn made a great presentation & was followed up by Sarah from Ben & Jerrys and some people for our first ‘Connector Open Mike’. This new experiment worked well and included Fred from Channelship, pictured below with Facundo & friend doing synchronised ice cream eating !
A special thanks to the team who helped make the night a success namely, Winter (MC), Patrick (PR), Niamh (Registration), Darragh (Laptop Technician !), Martin (Video production & Sylvie (Photography. Next month I plan to have a new Event Manager so things will run as smoothly as possible on the night.
A BIG thanks also to Renards, Thinkhouse PR, Pareto 3D, Ben & Jerrys & Bulmers Light who all helped to enrich the event with some sponsored refreshments … more photos soon but in the meantime it is good see Gita enjoyed her ice cream … read more !!

Two other events I was connecting at this week were The Amazing Few playing in Whelans & a creative networking event in D-light Studios in Dublin 1 where I am photographed with Agata Stoinska. It is a poor photo and does not do justice to an amazing space for exhibitions etc.
