I am delighted to annouce the line up for the Connector Meetup in November. For the first time we are inviting guests to present on a pre-selected topic and what a line up we have !
Philip McCartney, Head of Sales, Bebo Ireland
Jennifer Maguire- Founder Bella Makeover & Irish star of The Apprentice BBC 2008
Niall Harbison, Co-Founder iFoods.tv as seen on Dragons’ Den BBC 2008
And for those who cannot make it, the presentations will hopefully be broadcast LIVE on the connector.ie web site courtesy of a new partner called Chuck, originally from the USA.
Philip McCartney
As I don’t have a photo of Philip, here is a screen form Bebo TV which Philip will be talking about. Philip used to work in radio and has been with Bebo since early 2008. Bebo is Ireland’s largest social network and it will be great to hear the plans for Bebo in 2009 & beyond.
Jennifer Maguire
As well as a successful part in The Apprentice on the BBC 2008, Jennifer has also been seen recently on Failte Towers from RTE. We are looking forward to hearing her story and more about her new business Bella Makeover.
Niall Harbison
Niall is one of the founders iFoods.tv & previously he ran world class kitchens and cooked for the stars on their superyachts. He came to wider attention as iFoods.tv got to pitch to the Dragon’s Den on the BBC a few moths ago. Unfortunately they were not successful (due to a confusingly similar web site called iFood.tv) but he wil be sharing some of his experiences with the Dragons pitch and building up an online community with iFoods.tv
